I’m Alex Reinholdsson. I run Reinholdsson Media House B.V., the company behind this site. The company decides what happens to your data, so under the GDPR it’s the controller. Questions about your data go to hello@reinholdssons.com.

• When you book a call: your name, email, company, what you need, the time you pick, your time zone, the language you used the site in, and your answer to the prep question if you give one.
• Where you came from, saved with your booking: the first page you landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (the utm_ part). This shows me which work brings people here.
• A keyed hash of your IP address, saved with your booking: a scrambled code made from the address, never the address itself. I only use it to limit how many bookings one visitor can make in a day, to keep spam out.
• When you email or message me: whatever you send. WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp, under its own terms.
• When you visit: cookie-free visitor statistics. See below.

Supabase

Stores your booking in its EU data centre in Ireland.

Resend

Sends the booking emails: the confirmation with a calendar invite, a reminder before the call, and a note if the call is moved or cancelled. It also sends my own copy of your booking to my mailbox as a calendar invite.

My calendars

To show only the times I’m free, the site reads busy times from my own calendars through private, read-only links. It never writes to them. Your booking reaches my calendar only through the invite in my mailbox.

Microsoft 365

Runs my mailbox. My copy of your booking and anything you email me end up there.

Zoom

The intro call happens on Zoom. When you join, Zoom’s own privacy terms apply.

Vercel

Hosts this site. The server code runs in Dublin. Like any host, it handles technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver pages and keep the site secure. It also runs the visitor statistics below.

YouTube

Videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play. Until then you see a still image served from this site. Once a video plays, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Microsoft and Zoom are US companies. Your booking is stored in Ireland, but some of this data may be processed outside the EU under their data processing agreements.

I count visits and measure how fast pages load with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Neither sets cookies or follows you to other sites. They record things like the page you view, the site that sent you, your browser, your device type and your country. Web Analytics tells visits apart with a code made from your request, and that code is thrown away after 24 hours.

The link for managing a booking holds a private code. It’s removed from the address before anything is sent to Vercel.

Public pages set no tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google. If you pick a language with the EN NL SV switch, one cookie remembers that choice for a year; it holds nothing but the language. The only other cookie I set is the login cookie for my own admin pages.

Booking details are used to set up and hold the call you asked for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Where you came from, the IP hash, the visitor statistics and the host’s technical data serve my legitimate interests: knowing which work brings people in, keeping spam out, and keeping the site fast and secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

I keep a booking for 12 months after the date of the call. After that, a daily job deletes it automatically. Cancelled bookings go the same way. You can ask me to delete yours sooner.

If you become a client, invoices and records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it’s used, object to its use, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@reinholdssons.com and I’ll reply within a month.

If you think I’ve got it wrong, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
