Overview
A Belgian beauty brand was struggling to keep their social channels active. They’d do a big shoot once or twice a year, run out of content within weeks, and then go quiet for months.
The Brief
The brand’s social presence was inconsistent — bursts of polished content followed by long silences. They didn’t have the internal team to plan and produce content regularly, and hiring a different freelancer every time meant the visual style was never consistent.
How We Shot It
Set up a monthly retainer: one shoot day per month covering product photography, short-form video, and lifestyle content. We plan the content calendar together at the start of each month, then shoot everything in one focused session. Deliverables arrive within a week, formatted for Instagram, TikTok, website, and ads.
Results
24 videos and 40+ photos delivered over 12 months. The brand hasn’t had a gap in their content calendar since. Engagement grew steadily as the visual identity became consistent. They’ve renewed every quarter.
